本ポリシーは、Microsoft Store での配信登録に必要な情報として、また本アプリケーションを配布する固定URL上のドキュメントとして公開されています。

1. 本アプリケーションについて

MarkDownDominance（以下「本アプリ」）は、Word、PDF、Excel などのローカルファイルをMarkdown形式に変換するデスクトップアプリケーションです。すべての変換処理は、お客様のコンピューター上でローカルに実行されます。

2. 収集する情報

本アプリケーションのソースコードを確認した結果、本アプリ自体が外部サーバーと通信する機能は実装されていません。本アプリケーションは利用者のデータを外部に送信しません。インターネット接続は不要です。

• 変換対象のファイル内容や、変換結果のMarkdownファイルが、当社または第三者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。
• 利用状況の収集、テレメトリ、アクセス解析（アナリティクス）は行っていません。
• アカウント登録やログインの仕組みはなく、個人を識別する情報の収集も行っていません。

3. 購入・決済に関する情報

本アプリの購入手続きは、Microsoft Store、またはBOOTHなどのWebマーケットプレイス（以下「販売プラットフォーム」）を通じて行われます。決済情報（クレジットカード情報、購入履歴など）は、これらの販売プラットフォームによって処理・保管されるものであり、本アプリまたは当社が直接取り扱う、または保存することはありません。決済に関するプライバシー事項については、ご利用の販売プラットフォームが別途定めるプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

4. Cookie・トラッキング技術

本アプリケーション自体はデスクトップソフトウェアであり、Cookieやこれに類するトラッキング技術は使用していません。本アプリの紹介・購入ページ（Webサイトや販売プラットフォーム上）については、それぞれの運営者が定める別のプライバシーポリシーが適用される場合があります。

5. 第三者コンポーネント

本アプリは複数のオープンソースコンポーネントを内部で利用しています。これらのコンポーネントの構成や条件については、同梱の THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md をご参照ください。これらのコンポーネントはローカルで実行される機能の一部として組み込まれており、本アプリの通信の有無に関する上記の説明を変更するものではありません。

1. About This Application

MarkDownDominance ("MDD" or the "Application") is a desktop application that converts local files (Word, PDF, Excel, and others) into Markdown format. All conversion processing runs locally on your own computer.

2. Information We Collect

Based on our review of the Application's source code, MDD itself contains no functionality to communicate with a remote server. The Application does not transmit your data externally, and no internet connection is required to use it.

• The content of files you convert, and the resulting Markdown output, is never sent to us or to any third-party server.
• We do not collect usage data, telemetry, or analytics.
• The Application has no account or sign-in system and collects no personally identifying information.

3. Purchase and Payment Information

Purchases of the Application are made through the Microsoft Store or a web marketplace such as BOOTH ("the Platform"). Payment information (such as card details and purchase history) is handled and stored entirely by that Platform; MDD and its developer do not process or store any payment data. For details on how payment data is handled, please refer to the Platform's own privacy policy.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Application itself, as desktop software, does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies. Websites or marketplace pages used to present or sell the Application may be subject to separate privacy policies maintained by their respective operators.

5. Third-Party Components

The Application bundles a number of open-source components. See the accompanying THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.md for details on those components and their licenses. These components operate locally as part of the Application's functionality and do not change the description of the Application's network behavior above.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
